These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Murky Windows’s website and the provision of our automotive window tinting services. By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Murky Windows offers professional automotive window tinting services, including but not limited to:
• Tinting of car windows, windshields, and sunroofs.
• Custom tint designs and consultation.
• Removal of existing tint.
• Maintenance and repair services for window tints.
The specifics of the services offered may change from time to time, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion.
2. Appointment Booking and Service Requests
To schedule a tinting service, you may request an appointment online or by contacting us directly. We recommend confirming your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:
• Accurate Information: You will provide accurate information about your vehicle and any specific preferences regarding the tint service.
• Time Commitment: You acknowledge that the duration of the tinting service may vary depending on the type of vehicle and the tinting options chosen. We will provide an estimated time frame at the time of booking.
• Cancellation/Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
3. Pricing and Payment
All pricing for window tinting services is subject to change without notice. The final price will be provided at the time of booking or consultation. Prices may vary based on:
• The size and type of the vehicle.
• Any additional services requested.
Payment for services is due at the time of completion unless otherwise arranged. We accept the following forms of payment: Venmo - Cash - Cash App
4. Client Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
• Vehicle Condition: Ensure your vehicle is in a condition that allows for proper tint installation (e.g., clean windows). If additional cleaning or preparation is required, you may incur an additional charge.
• Legal Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle’s window tint complies with all local and state laws regarding tint darkness, reflectivity, and any other relevant regulations. Murky Windows is not liable for any legal issues resulting from non-compliance with these laws.
5. Warranty and Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our window tinting services. All window tint installations come with a 5 year warranty that covers:
• Peeling, bubbling, or cracking due to installation defects.
• Discoloration of the tint film due to the material’s inherent quality.
This warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by external factors, such as accidents or harsh cleaning products.
• Tints that have been tampered with or altered after installation.
• Normal wear and tear or deterioration over time.
For any warranty claims, you must contact us within 5 days of noticing an issue. We may require an inspection of the tint before offering a replacement or repair.
6. Liability
While we make every effort to ensure the quality and safety of our services, Murky Windows is not responsible for:
• Any damage to your vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or paint damage, that occurs during the tinting process, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.
• Any changes in your vehicle’s performance or appearance caused by the tinting film (e.g., tint blocking signals, heat buildup, or visibility issues).
• Any legal or regulatory consequences arising from non-compliance with local tinting laws.
7. Intellectual Property
The content and materials on our website, including but not limited to logos, images, text, videos, and designs, are owned by Murky Windows or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without our express written permission.
8. Privacy
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
9. Force Majeure
Murky Windows will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, natural disasters, war, or labor disputes.

1. Services Rendered
All window tinting services are custom and performed to meet the specifications and preferences agreed upon with the customer at the time of service. As window tinting is a custom service, we do not offer refunds for completed installations.
2. Quality of Work
We stand behind the quality of our window tinting work. If you experience issues such as bubbling, peeling, or fading within 3 months of the installation date, please contact us immediately. We will inspect the issue and, if determined to be a result of our workmanship or materials, we will offer a re-tint or repair at no additional cost to you.
3. Refunds
• No Refunds: Due to the custom nature of window tinting, we do not offer refunds once the service has been completed.
• Defective Film: If the tint film is found to be defective, we will replace it at no charge within 3 months of installation, provided the issue is related to manufacturing defects and not damage caused by the customer (e.g., scratching, improper cleaning).
4. Cancellations
• Before Service: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least [24 hours] in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
• After Service: Once the tinting service has been performed, it is considered final, and no cancellations or refunds will be processed.
5. Warranty
Our window tinting comes with a 5 year warranty that covers:
• Peeling, bubbling, or discoloration of the tint film due to defects in materials or installation.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors such as accidents, misuse, or improper cleaning methods.
6. Customer Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns regarding the tinting, please contact us within 7 of service so we can work with you to address any issues. We are committed to resolving any reasonable issues related to the installation.
